The Orthodontic Team told owes me money for a procedure in which I owed nothing, but they charged me money up front before billing my insurance. The insurance then proved I owed nothing, like I told them, but they wanted money before providing me any care. They are so used to peoples insurance not covering the procedure I got that they dont know what to do when someone actually has insurance that covers the procedure. They don't care about their patients and I've been trying to get a refund from an over payment for more than 3 month. I have been told that the manager will get back to me but still nothing. Now they won't even *************. I have left MANY messages. I am hoping that just maybe the *** will contact them.

I'm with delta dental insurance. We were assigned to ****************** at ********, evergreen location in **********. He was very unprofessional. Started talking very loudly in reception area with my 14 yo daughter present. He said to not do any x-rays on her and to not give us any other appointments. My daughter is the one that said he's talking about us. I asked him what the problem was and he got combative.
