I needed 2 crown preps done today and I was very nervous today. My experience with Dr. Z and Danielle put all my fears to rest. I had nitrous oxide which helped me feel so much more comfortable. I also was given a pillow and blanket. They let me bring in my own headset so I could listen to my music. The pain I thought I would have did not even exist. I recently started at Gentle Dental after having a bad experience at Meridian Dental. I had my first cleaning yesterday with Danielle and she was professional and helped me to understand how the practice works. I also saw the dentist, Dr. Zavalo and explained to him the issues that brought me to a new practice. I am hopeful that this will be a better experience.
It was a great visit my Dentis is the best and super skilled. He is super professional has great skill and you never feel a needle. He is the best.
Front desk was courteous and helpful not a problem checking in. The nurse was attentive and considerate to my needs and courteous And explained each step very clearly . No anxiety here today And the Dentist very knowledgeable courteous and through. All in all my visit enjoyable and friendly. THANK YOU GENTLE DENTAL.
