I recently started at Gentle Dental after having a bad experience at Meridian Dental. I had my first cleaning yesterday with Danielle and she was professional and helped me to understand how the practice works. I also saw the dentist, Dr. Zavalo and explained to him the issues that brought me to a new practice. I am hopeful that this will be a better experience.
Front desk was courteous and helpful not a problem checking in. The nurse was attentive and considerate to my needs and courteous And explained each step very clearly . No anxiety here today And the Dentist very knowledgeable courteous and through. All in all my visit enjoyable and friendly. THANK YOU GENTLE DENTAL.
Gentle care and great communication! The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and took her time to explain any questions i had. Same with the hygienist, he communicated with me clearly and explained everything. It didnt feel rushed and the cleaning was thorough. Thanks:))
