I needed 2 crown preps done today and I was very nervous today. My experience with Dr. Z and Danielle put all my fears to rest. I had nitrous oxide which helped me feel so much more comfortable. I also was given a pillow and blanket. They let me bring in my own headset so I could listen to my music. The pain I thought I would have did not even exist. I can’t tell you how much I trust Dr. Yip, Dr. Z, and various endodontist here. Quality of service has been consistently amazing start from the front with Val who is very professional & knowledgeable. I’ve gotten fillings, root canals, crowns, and all my wisdom teeth removed here with not one bad experience in 9+ years. The one time I went somewhere else, left me in pain for 2 months — but of course came back here and it was fixed just like that. I am so thankful to have found such a great & clean dentist place. Being a person who hates going to the dentist, I was very happy with everyone I met from the front desk, who was very helpful and friendly, to the dentist who would be doing my tooth extraction at my next appointment. He reassured me that it would be simple and quick, easing the dread I felt.
