There are rarely times that I find a dentist that makes me feel comfortable in fact this is the only time. This is why it saddens me to say that I will not go there again!! Worst experience ever I walked in a toothache and a month later still have the same toothache. And now they want me to wait another month. There blaming it on my insurance, there telling me I have to wait for approval. They should of asked for approval the first time the saw me not a month later. This place was awful. My husband found out that they were having a whitening special and decided to take me as a gift. He asked them if he needed to make an appointment, and they said no, walk-ins were welcome. So we walk in on a Wednesday morning, and after filling out paperwork, we're told that they can't see me and that I should come back that afternoon at 3:30. We come back at 3:30, and after waiting for about 20 minutes, they tell us that the wait will be two hours and we should make an appointment for another day. Slig... read more
