Today was my first visit and, I have to say, I really appreciate the staff at Gentle Dental. They were attentive to every health concern that I had. It was my first visit as a new Patient. The entire Staff were very friendly, attentive and explained every step of the Process. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Jen, Hygienist was great. Cleaned my Teeth without very little discomfort. Thank you everyone.
As a first time patient, I was very pleased with the efficiency of the office staff! Everyone was polite, considerate, and friendly. Dr. Cardenas is very personable and explained the findings to me in detail. I have a treatment plan scheduled that fits my schedule. I will be seeing him for all my care in the future.
My initial consult 06/04/24 was great. Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist/x-ray tech, Jesse the dentist and Char who goes over the care plan and costs with you were outstanding. Very pleased!!
Always a clean, efficient, and pleasant feeling upon entering this office. The very professional is always friendly, courteous, knowledge, and accommodating. The Office Administrator, Larissa, is very nice, and a true professional.
