I actually walked out without getting my teeth cleaned. Brand new dentist immediately started telling me I needed to spend thousands of dollars on my teeth (which I take very good care of and have always been praised by dentists on the condition of my teeth/mouth). Then the hygienist comes in and tells me we won’t have time to clean my teeth since the dentist took so long. I have been having trouble with my teeth for several years and couldn't find any reasonable or affordable dentists in Reno or Sparks. I was thankful that my insurance network recommended Gentle Dental to me because now I have finally started getting my teeth back to a place I am happy with. If you've been going without seeing a dentist and know you really ought to, then give these guys a shot.
I am very frustrated leaving my initial appointment at this office. I waited for this appointment for weeks and they only did x-rays. I wanted a cleaning. They told me I’d have to schedule a second appointment to get my teeth cleaned and they don’t do it the same day as the exam. I’m a young working mom with two toddlers. had a very bad experience with Gentle Dental Clinic. I went in to have a tooth extracted, but something clearly went wrong. It’s been over two weeks, and my mouth is still sore and infected. My doctor is on vacation, and my original clinic refused to help they just told me to go to the other location instead. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and lack of communication. I trusted them with my care, but I was left in pain, confused, and feeling ignored
I had to find a new dentist after my old dentist stopped taking my insurance. I'm trying Gentle Dental in Sparks NV and am very pleased with how they explained the "plan of action". The insurance coordinator is handling the insurance part. I also got a long overdue cleaning. Everyone one was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm very happy I found them.
