I had to find a new dentist after my old dentist stopped taking my insurance. I'm trying Gentle Dental in Sparks NV and am very pleased with how they explained the "plan of action". The insurance coordinator is handling the insurance part. I also got a long overdue cleaning. Everyone one was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm very happy I found them.
I moved from SoCal a year and a half ago and I hadn’t seen a dentist since. This location was convenient for me since it was right behind my house. I am so glad it was! The staff was extremely friendly and took care of all my needs on my first visit. I’ve been wanting to take care of my wisdom teeth and get braces and the Dentist got the ball rolling. Charlene is the absolute sweetest and made appointment making super easy!
Very good service. Dr Byers is a very gentle Dentist and took time to listen and make sure you are comfortable. First time meeting her and great experience.
I’ve had two previous dental cleanings at this office without any issues related to billing or insurance. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I was unexpectedly presented with a bill of approximately $100. I declined fluoride and explained that my cleaning should be fully covered by insurance, but the receptionist insisted I had a $50 copay. I asked her to verify with my insurance provider. Dentist appointments have been a life-long traumatic experience for me but this dentist office has made me feel so incredibly comfortable and safe, that it’s easily become a much more bearable experience. Start to finish, everyone is clear, transparent, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Also incredibly friendly! And it’s nice to not be charged into the abyss for unnecessary procedures.
