Super easy/convenient to schedule online. Openings/availability within a reasonable timeframe. All of the staff were very pleasant, professional, and explained things well. The only drawback is you can’t schedule a cleaning with new pt appt. Luckily for me, the hygienist had an opening while I was there so I was able to get my teeth cleaned same day.
This place was terrible. I came in early for my 9am and then told me I needed to send them My x rays from my last place which was a bit annoying that they didn’t tell me before I had my appointment so I could have sent it before. So I had to wait until that got sent over and then after awhile they took me back and then I waited for the dentist for over half an hour and then they told me I had to come back in an hour for my cleaning which I thought was what I made the appointment for but no one told me it was just for them to... read more
had a very bad experience with Gentle Dental Clinic. I went in to have a tooth extracted, but something clearly went wrong. It’s been over two weeks, and my mouth is still sore and infected. My doctor is on vacation, and my original clinic refused to help they just told me to go to the other location instead. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and lack of communication. I trusted them with my care, but I was left in pain, confused, and feeling ignored
I actually walked out without getting my teeth cleaned. Brand new dentist immediately started telling me I needed to spend thousands of dollars on my teeth (which I take very good care of and have always been praised by dentists on the condition of my teeth/mouth). Then the hygienist comes in and tells me we won’t have time to clean my teeth since the dentist took so long. I have been having trouble with my teeth for several years and couldn't find any reasonable or affordable dentists in Reno or Sparks. I was thankful that my insurance network recommended Gentle Dental to me because now I have finally started getting my teeth back to a place I am happy with. If you've been going without seeing a dentist and know you really ought to, then give these guys a shot.
