I was fortunate to find Dr. Vu, but unfortunately he is with the wrong dental group. My experience is overall very negative because they are clearly only interested in the money, not the patient. The offices are way overdue for a remodel, with deferred maintenance items in plain sight. The offices generally appear shopworn and are unsanitary in places, particularly the restroom and waiting areas. After calling and asking if they accepted my insurance before my appointment and spending over half an hour in the chair waiting for the dentist, they told me that they don't network with my insurance. They were all very nice, but congeniality only goes so far.
