Excellent experience This is my 5th vehicle from this dealership and everytime I come the service is better, faster, and easier. Paul and Kate together always make me feel number 1. Kate actually stayed after hours to show me how to use all the new functions in my new truck

Beachfront We needed a Ford Dealer we could trust to do the repair job the right way versus our experience at a different Ford Dealer. We asked friends for a recommendation and George Wall was the consistent response. Their level of service, technical expertise and willingness to step up and take on the situation was first class. The job was done right and they fully explained the reason for the problem, what they did to fix it and stood by their work. All of which was top shelf. A First Class organization.

Great Deals / Poor Follow-Up The buying process was simple and expedient. However, all dealer contact seems to end once the sale is made: no follow up to thank you for choosing the dealership; no follow up to determine satisfaction with purchase performance, etc. Granted, this was the purchase of a used vehicle, but that shouldn’t preclude after-sales client relationship building for future transactions. Doubly disappointing as this agency had been recommended by former customer.
