We were greeted by Felipe and the maintenance service was performed in a professional & timely manner. We were told what to expect and the approximate time the job would be complete. We were given a summary of what was done. It was a good experience.

Very efficient dealership. I've stopped using Hendricks Kia in Concord and switched to Gerry Wood due to the superior service level. Chris was able to run the diagnostics (check engine light came on briefly) on one of our 4 Kia Sedonas and found no oil pressure or leak issues. To do this the same afternoon just before Xmas was outstanding service. Best of all, since their was no repair needed there was no charge for the diagnostics and road test.
Chris had my car serviced in a timely manner and Felipe had the servicing done and my KIA Sportage washed for me within an hour and a half!!!!! I would recommend Gerry Wood KIA for ALL your vehicle needs!!!!
