Geza Rakoczi was able to provide us with an option to refinance with a lower interest rate, pay down bills and cash out with keeping our payments virtually the same. No other lender was able to provide us with this option. Process was seamless. We were always Informed throughout the process. Communication was never an issue.
Really appreciate the service and communication provided by Geza Rakoczi. This was my second time going through the process and my first to assist my parents. He made it easy not only for me to assist my parents but simple enough for them to understand the process and what they were signing up for. Compared to other lenders, the interest rate was very competitive i am very happy with the results.

Geza and his team were very easy to work with. It made the refi very easy. The team was great at keeping me informed of everything. They had a great push at the end to make sure it closed on time.

I bought my primary house in 2017 with Geza Rakoczi, the entire mortgage process was very smooth.
