Geza Rakoczi and his team have all been amazing through this entire refi process. We don't have the best credit and were concerned about an appraisal only based off the current market.... yet Geza is a master at his business and cobbled together a package according to what we were trying to accomplish.... as opposed to other companies who either would have declined us or tried to sell us a cookie cutter package. We couldn't have found a better lender!
