Geza and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the loan process. I had lots of questions and he answered them all with the patience of a saint.

Excellent communication, received lowest interest rate by far. Was able to cut loan time from 30 to 15 years, due to lower rate. Easy to work with, including his entire team. Would recommend him and his team to anyone needing new financing. easy to work with
Geza Rakoczi was excellent to work with. He was always avaliable, efficient and able to answer and questions I had. I have mortgaged several times and this was an easy process. Lower was truthful in their advertisement and kept all promises that were discussed. I think it would be worthwhile for you to contact them, you won't be sorry. The entire process was handled on-line and the paperwork was minimal. I would recommend Lower and I have recommended them to several others who are looking to refinance.
Geza Rakoczi, has a great team. Answers your questions within a timely matter, will get you the lowest rate. One of the things I liked the most is that he doesn't bad mouth other lenders.
