Geza Rakoczi worked diligently with me to walk me though the online process. I was nervous about not meeting in person to complete the paperwork, but he took the time to make sure my husband and I were comfortable throughout the process. Geza was able to lock in a low interest rate at the beginning. My entire refinance process lasted about 30 days start to finish. I am still shocked at how easy it was to refinance our home. I would definitely recommend working with Geza to refinance your home.
Geza Rakoczi was able to provide us with an option to refinance with a lower interest rate, pay down bills and cash out with keeping our payments virtually the same. No other lender was able to provide us with this option. Process was seamless. We were always Informed throughout the process. Communication was never an issue.
