There's always room for improvement. A smaller chat window like some older messaging platforms (aol, yahoo) would be ideal. The current design takes up a lot of screen space.

As a remote employee, this is a great tool to reach out to colleagues live, and yet not disrupt them with a call.

1. It is easy to group people and chat each other. It is a good chat application in the working environment, because we can find the people easily and trace the chat logs back later. 2. I like the task list. It is very easy to create a task. With a task in Glip, the people in the same group can leave the messages based on the task. The co-worker can see other people's tasks. The activities based on the task is traceable.

There are some really great things that work for us and others that don't as much. We would like to be able to see the calendar (particularly on the mobile apps) better, and we would like to be able to move items without being the person who created the item. It's a good start, but it needs some work to work for us perfectly.
