I switched over to RingCentral from Brand X and I'm so glad I did! The quality of the calls, in the features RingCentral offers are far superior to their competition that I wish I had done it years ago! RingCentral customer service is exceptional, very attentive, and very easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend RingCentral!

AI settings keep getting turned on after each update. once I shut it off, it should remain off.
