integration and functionality are all top notch, I still get a few calls where people say the reception is not the greatest even on a strong Wi-Fi connection.

Huge RingCentral fan here. With RC, I can manage calls, video meetings, messages, and chats all in one place, which makes communicating with clients, prospects, and coworkers incredibly easy. it was good until my work changed over to Togo which is not as good and has less features available unless you pay for them from the start. it's better here
