Best multipurpose communication platform I have used
I can honestly say this service is amazing. it's simple, very well thought out, it simplifies communication with my clients in every aspect from calls, fax to messages. The AI after call summaries are a life saver for busy people always on the go. I can't find a single thing I don't like about it

We are getting ALLOT of oir customers saying our phone number is showing up on caller id as spam or scam likely. Apparently this is a ringcentral wide issue. In fact, whenever they (ringcentral), call us it shows up on our caller id as spam likely. Ringcentral doesn't appear to be fixing the issue, this is obviously terrible for business, im exploring leaving ringcentral,have no choice if they wont fix it.
