really not sure about this app because I really just download this app for the ring tones so I can download them so I can have for my phone calls for peoples that call me

Just upgraded our 16+ year old phone system (Mitel) to RingCentral. Happy with the internal messaging (teams) so far. Great for our on-site (service delivery team) to choreograph with relationship managers (sales) - leading to a better client experience. Haven't ported over numbers yet so cannot comment on the in and outbound calling or SMS features (will report back). on the test calls I've done - the AI note taking/recap is excellent .
