I have a small business and for the last 4 years I tried 3 differents voip phone systems because the connectivity, poor customer services and integration. Lot of time the other company phone didn't ring and go directly to the voicemail thats makes me crazy. ringcentral in my opinion is the best.

It worked pretty well for the most part. i used it about a week when I was employed as an appointment setter
