I have been working with Michael for quite a few years. I have worked with other mortgage lenders but Mike tops then all. Mike is down to earth and actually tells you what you can afford. Sam was professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer every call and every question when called, which was pretty much everyday (sometimes 2 to 3 times a day) 😂… I highly recommend Sam and his team for any of your Real Estate needs!

I shopped around for rates for quite some time. I anticipated using another lender that I personally knew, but Erik beat out his rates SIGNIFICANTLY. Not only where his rates better, but he kept in touch the entire time. I had many questions along the way and Erik always made himself available for a call.
