Ren was extremely knowledgeable and efficient when helping me refinance my house. He was able to help me navigate paperwork for my house loan based on my student loans deferment during the pandemic. Ren was always on top of the process and kept me on track to get an excellent rate. I was very impressed by his work ethic and time management in keeping everything on track.
Everything went smoothly and I got a much better rate than I had before. I was able to call Ren and ask him questions as they came up. I thought it would be more of a hassle but it wasn't.
James was really helpful and work endless hours to find what loan worked best for us and he was always positive even when things didn’t work in our favor
