Found sam through Zillow. From the initial contact all throughout the process of refinancing our home, he was amazing. The communication and attention provided was one and only and truly a positive! We had such a crazy experience when first purchasing our home and at first were hesitant about making any new changes. Sam was available at all times to answer questions and guide us in the right path. Looking forward to working with him again!
James was very helpful answered all of questions and we had a lot. James was very patient and explained every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and helped us in the process greatly.

Ren made lending the easiest part of the homebuying experience. He was detailed, easy to talk to, and very knowledgable about how we would manage our home loan. I couldn't believe how friendly and personable Ren was. I would highly recommend him for your homebuying and refinance needs.
Ren was extremely knowledgeable and efficient when helping me refinance my house. He was able to help me navigate paperwork for my house loan based on my student loans deferment during the pandemic. Ren was always on top of the process and kept me on track to get an excellent rate. I was very impressed by his work ethic and time management in keeping everything on track.
Everything went smoothly and I got a much better rate than I had before. I was able to call Ren and ask him questions as they came up. I thought it would be more of a hassle but it wasn't.
James was really helpful and work endless hours to find what loan worked best for us and he was always positive even when things didn’t work in our favor
