As a first time homeowner, I was really nervous about this process and had tons of questions about the loan process when looking to purchase for the first time. Found sam through Zillow. From the initial contact all throughout the process of refinancing our home, he was amazing. The communication and attention provided was one and only and truly a positive! We had such a crazy experience when first purchasing our home and at first were hesitant about making any new changes. James was very helpful answered all of questions and we had a lot. James was very patient and explained every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and helped us in the process greatly.
James was very helpful he was very knowledgeable he answered every question and we have a lot James and go mortgage was willing to get the job done. My husband and I are both work third shift and James was willing to answer questions late in the evening.
