This lender was the best vendor I worked with and was extremely helpful with advice on rate locking. I was kept in the loop for the entire underwriting process and patiently taken through all documentation.
Cathy was extremely great to work with and she made the whole process a breeze. Even if there was something I didn’t understand, she was just a text or phone call away to answer my questions or concerns. I highly recommend using her, as she will be my go-to for any of my friends or family looking to get a mortgage or refinance.
James from the first call was Amazing! He is informitive, responsive humble and kind. He knows his stuff and helped us through the entire process and gave us advice and answered questions before we eben had them! He and his team were great with communicating each step, and made our first home buying experience smooth sailing! This was a quite surprisingly excellent experience.
Justin was very attentive and easy to reach. I never felt pressured to do something and was always given great advice. Worked very well with my realtor and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home purchase!
