James was very helpful answered all of questions and we had a lot. James was very patient and explained every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and helped us in the process greatly.
James was very helpful he was very knowledgeable he answered every question and we have a lot James and go mortgage was willing to get the job done. My husband and I are both work third shift and James was willing to answer questions late in the evening.
We spoke on the phone and he talked me through what I need to move forward. He was helpful and had great advice. I definitely will use Sam when I'm ready to secure a loan.

Ren made lending the easiest part of the homebuying experience. He was detailed, easy to talk to, and very knowledgable about how we would manage our home loan. I couldn't believe how friendly and personable Ren was. I would highly recommend him for your homebuying and refinance needs.
Ren was extremely knowledgeable and efficient when helping me refinance my house. He was able to help me navigate paperwork for my house loan based on my student loans deferment during the pandemic. Ren was always on top of the process and kept me on track to get an excellent rate. I was very impressed by his work ethic and time management in keeping everything on track.
Everything went smoothly and I got a much better rate than I had before. I was able to call Ren and ask him questions as they came up. I thought it would be more of a hassle but it wasn't.
