GO Mortgage is the absolute very best in the business! After doing many loans in my past, I had my very best experience! Everything was made so easy and timely for me to complete! I did a cash-out refinance!
I closed several loans in the past - commercial, residential (both purchase and refinance) and rental property. But it was my first time to try an online lender and I must say that I was skeptical at first. But Josh made the experience very smooth, and his team was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions - he's is knowledgeable, responds promptly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Josh!
Super helpful and patient as I was helping my elderly Mom and her partner with the forms. Always got back quickly with questions, and was able to handle a last-minute request as to how we wanted closing handled.
It’s a bummer that I could only give 5 stars because GO Mortgage’s team deserve way more! Every part of the transaction was so easy! I refinanced and got a great new rate, it’s going to save me a good chunk of money!
