I was skeptical at first with the low 1.99% rate on a 15 yr refinance with NO closing fees. All fees were covered by negotiated lender credits..had the loan closed within 40 days and save me over 25k in interest. Would work with Jim Donovan again..
This is the second time I have used GOMORTGAGE to refinance. I have never had better service. My questions were answered in a timely manner and there were no surprises.
