As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely intimidated by the whole process. Jim Donovan was my agent and he made everything SO easy! He invested a lot of time to explain the process in detail and answer all of my questions. It was a completely smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new home or re-finance an existing!
