I’m so happy my wife and I decided to work with Jim and Becky at GSF. In addition to offering the lowest interest rate and closing costs we could find, they were extremely prompt in their communication and wonderfully helpful in walking us through the entire process. Jim was always available throughout the entire process and always willing to offer a hand. Dont commit to a mortgage provider until you’ve had a chance to talk with Jim.
Great company to do business with and responsive. They worked around my schedule and was professional. We closed on my house a week earlier then scheduled.
This was our first time buying a home and Jim made us feel at home from the start! He answered all our questions with patience and his team member Becky was on the ball each week sending us emails of items that were still needed. People had scared us with how stressful and crazy it is to buy a house but honestly we had no stress and had a blast with this team. They genuinely cared about us getting into our first home and made it all seem easy! I would recommend them to anyone and we closed in only 29 days!
Brian was the first person I contacted regarding a mortgage loan. From the start Brian was easy to work with, knowledgeable and always available when needed. GSF Mortgage was GREAT! They gave me the same one on one service as my local bank and had a much better interest rate. Fred made everything crystal clear for a first time home buyer. I have a better knowledge since closing the loan. Their people were in a different class as far as knowledge and professionalism
I was very scared of the whole process of buying a new home. Jim and his team were always helpful and available for any needs I had. The process was successful with such ease thanks to their help. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
