Fantastic group of people who take excellent care of their customers needs. I have done business with them on many occasions out of their Mounds site and made it way more convenient when they put a yard at OPS in Dewey. Will continue to do business here.

I was having issues trying to find something to weld back on my pipe gate that broke, I stopped in here and there were 3 guys there ...the man in the office told one of the guys to go to the scrap pile and help me find something that he could cut to help me weld my gate back up. I love this place and the loving and compassionate people that work there. Thank you Go Bob my gate is back up and working. <3

Failure to communicate effectively or reimburse down payment on cable ordered. My husband was told, if he would make a down payment, he would receive his order on the next delivery truck. Untrue. Therefore, he canceled the order, but the company has failed to reimburse the deposit. We have contacted the company multiple times within a two week time frame. Initial order date was 9/3/2021.
