I paid over $800 in freight for some pipe and Gobob agreed to us unloading by hand. It is even on the bill of lading. However, when the delivery came they had thousands of pounds of other orders stacked on top of my pipe. I had to pay an additional $500 for unloading other orders to get to my pipe and Bob Studebaker has been dodging my calls to resolve this for months. Therefore I’m suing Gobob pipe. beware of this practice if ordering for delivery! thanks a lot Bob- not such a good deal after all!!!!!

Bill, This is not unusual as we can demonstrate with other shipments. Many customers have front end loaders that cannot lift standard mill bundles. All of them, however, are accustomed to handling hay bales that weigh 800 to 1200 lbs. Therefore, when a pipe bundle weighs more than they can safely handle, as was the case with your material (3000 lbs. per bundle), they must break the bundles and lift off what they can handle.
