What a joke of a company, ordered a put together corner less tub. 8 days later they finally put in order but had no idea when it would ship. After calling every day to see when it would ship they're best guess would be an additional 10-14 but that's only if the rest of the load doesn't cancel and they only figure out logistics after you pay. I ordered 2 Gates a 40'ft pic of 8" pipe payed around 1000'00 and had it delivered . they Left the Pipe in a ditch out side my yard and the gate in my drive way and all they can say is it my fault because I was not there to help them un load . I will NOT BE USING THE AGAIN . I WILL BE GETTING MY SUPPLYS FROM WHEELER METALS FROM THIS POINT ON .

Called and asked for a quote on a fairly good size order and they never got back with me .. guess they don’t want my business UPDATE: Received call from the sales manager with an apology.. and received my quote in less than an hour !! THEY CHANGED HOW I FEEL .. YOU GOTTA RESPECT THAT Thank you!!

RecommendedSales staff and transportation people did an excellent job of getting my custom made cattle sweep tub and lane to Colorado. The equipment is heavy duty and works perfectly. The paint has some runs but the equipment is 100% painted. But who cares? It will soon be covered in cow shit!
RecommendedThey have incredible products. We bought there hydraulic self dumping hay trailer and like it a lot. We would buy more of their items but their customer service after purchase is horrible. We’ve reached out to them regarding our trailer and received zero help or guidance. Also, called multiple times regarding purchasing hay troughs and finally gave up. Beware that the communication end of this company is horrible before, after, and even on the site for pickup or questions.
