If could give zero stars I would. My grandma is currently there for rehab and this place is absolutely disgusting. It is so run down and dirty. Honestly don't know how it is even still open. The receptionist was nice and friendly and helped me check in and one CNA greeted me. Everyone else was busy on their phones and speaking in their native language. I was also ignored by 2 employees how were too busy talking and looking at their phones to help me. I knew it would be bad just not this bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Do NOT send your loved one here if you want unsupportive, uncommunicative case workers who prioritize making money vs. advocating for you, just to be kicked out with nowhere to go last minute and scammed to pay out of pocket for a few days. My loved one passed away at this facility recently. She was only there for rehab from a bad fall and had to do PT to regain mobility. I cannot express how frustrated I was that we could never speak with the "on-call" doctor. I was always told to call back The care team only met with me once, and the staff don't seem to care about their patients. My friend was sent here and I was shocked at how filthy the place is and the lack of care. She fell on the floor her first night there because she had no help to go to the bathroom. The day staff I did see, seemed quite nice and eager to help. My friend said the food was awful, her son brought her something to eat. I have waited long enough to write this review. I am giving them one extra star because most of the caretakers that I was able to speak with were fairly helpful. I had a loved one that was admitted at the beginning of November 2025. She was placed in the middle space of a 3-bed room. One of the roommates must have complained loud enough because every day that I visited, her TV was unplugged from the ceiling, even though the volume level was at 1 or 2. Unsafe, Understaffed, and Run Only for Profit I've visited this facility many times, and it's honestly one of the worst-run nursing homes I've seen. Anyone who understands even the basics of how a Skilled Nursing Facility should operate can tell right away that things are not right here. This place is run purely for money -- nothing else. This place is Horrible! I can hardly ever speak with anyone. The nurse caring for my Sister if a miserable person that does not care for the patient.

My mom is currently in the skilled nursing facility. I like how the residents can freely wander, but it's really annoying when they are outside and people can't get through the driveway. They just sit there and look at you like you are bothering them. Perhaps it would be a good idea to watch them and make sure they stay in their designated area.
