My friend had a stroke and was sent from Emergency room, stabilized to Golden Pavillion Healthcare for six weeks rehabilitation. Long story short they called the police and accused this stroke victim of sexual assault! In 67 years has this man, ex Marin been in a situation depending on medical staff. They had him in a diaper for several days until he was feeling better, still half his body was paralyzed but mind clearing up. I was a patient there for many months using a WoundVac. It was difficult to find ANYONE that new WTF they were doing EXCEPT FC from the other floor. He was good, others were brought in and had no idea how to do the dressing, even the Asian Dr. I told him to leave the room because he was so bad. I had a UTI and kept telling the nurses for three weeks I was sweating at nights. They kept saying the Dr. will be here Monday. Never saw him. Night shift staffs were very friendly and efficient. But still hardly can find anyone at times. Day shift staffs are terrible, with attitude and never come even after bell pressed so many times. Floor were always so sticky and dirty, the janitor only mop the hallways and never inside the room. Claims whenever there are visitors they do not mop the floor, so that means they don't need to ever mop since visitors are there daily.

I would not leave my worst enemy at this facility! Under staffed, the food looked like vomit on a plate! Little empathy/care for patients.

Whatever you do, do not send your loved one here. I was visiting here and heard a CNA shouting at a patient. I then saw this woman come out with long, fake acrylic nails. My heart almost stopped at the thought of those claws digging into patients here. This place isn't for anyone to be in, let alone an elderly and vulnerable person recovering from surgery, an illness, etc. Their staff turnover is alarming. Look elsewhere.

Please make sure your loved ones are not placed here. Unskilled, incompetent, and apathetic. Poor communicators with a poor understanding of patient's rights and treatment plans. Borrow of the barrel.

Night staff at 8 pm said they had no lost and found and all 3 laughed when. I said I found my bag with mug in and said they didn't believe it tv remote didn't work I said all 3 laughed again. They did not offer help. Never saw entertaining in place.they rarely assist in feeding patient. 3 small beds in small room

Pls don't send your loved one here!! This is a fkn slaughter house, a place you bring someone to die. My father was released to this place for rehabilitation per insurance this place was a 5 star and location was convenient. I should've looked into it a little more. From the day I stepped foot in this place I knew it was a piece of shit facility. This facility is horrible. Short staffed & the limited staff there is often on their phones. We couldn't get answers on whether he had a fall or if he had eaten. However, there are a few staff members who are diligent. We took our loved one out of the facility after spending two nights there.
