Pls don't send your loved one here!! This is a fkn slaughter house, a place you bring someone to die. My father was released to this place for rehabilitation per insurance this place was a 5 star and location was convenient. I should've looked into it a little more. From the day I stepped foot in this place I knew it was a piece of shit facility. This facility is horrible. Short staffed & the limited staff there is often on their phones. We couldn't get answers on whether he had a fall or if he had eaten. However, there are a few staff members who are diligent. We took our loved one out of the facility after spending two nights there.

My mother needed to go to a local nursing facility and this was it. This could have been her second go around with them but she got denied because she has an attitude. Come on really, a lot of the patients there have emotional issues and so does my mom. But to deny her services because they won't work with her on her physical therapy. Just goes to show the level of professionalism they have shown to me in the past. Which is very little.
