While it takes time to get used to (what mouthpiece wouldn't?), the GMSS has worked very well for me. It's particularly preferable for me over the type of device that pulls your whole jaw forward. My customer service experience when I first got it was very positive as well. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend people try it out for themselves!

I tried several devices none of which seemed to work. I came across the Good Morning Snore website and thought I had nothing to loose. I ordered the device and found it not too intrusive; in fact it only took a week to get use to it. My wife couldn't believe the difference. I no longer snore and I seem to have way more energy. It's incredible how a good nights sleep can make you feel a new person. The Good Morning Snore device worked for me. It's now coming up to two years and I've got a couple of spares just incase my original gets damaged or I guess comes to end of its useful life. If your at your wits end, then I would recommend you try the Good Morning Snore Solution

I started using it to help me stop snoring so my husband can sleep better (which works like a charm!). I now use it because the quality of sleep and the amount of oxygen I get is the difference between night and day. I used to wake up tired and out of breath. I now wake up refreshed. I forget to use sometimes when I am real tired and wake up in the middle of the night gasping for breath. GMSS has added so much quality to my life. I used to take naps everyday and now I do not. I do not need to. It took about 2 weeks to get adjusted to it. It is worth the adjustment period.

What a novel way of solving the snoring problem. The GMSS is much more comfortable than the other mouthpieces. It was pretty comfortable even from the first night and just got better. One comment. At $100 (plus shipping) for a small piece of silicone mouthpiece it seems priced somewhat high. It is translucent, and easily misplaced. How about it, GMSS, put two in the package for the same price.

Until I started using the snore solution ( due to a short palate) I never knew how poorly I was sleeping. I knew I was tired but I thought it was stress, too much work, which is why I was not sleeping well. I started using the appliance and I woke up rested. It wasn't until I forgot to use it one night and then woke up the next morning exhausted that I realized how much better I slept. It makes a huge difference. I would recommend it to anyone.

This piece has been good for me in preventing snoring, but unfortunately I've never been able to adjust to get the tongue to hold throughout the night despite trying for some time. So it essentially serves as a pacifier that stays in the mouth when I don't use the tongue feature, and forces me to breathe through the nose, which has definitely helped my/our rest.

I was not sure whether this device would work because its concept was so different from what is out there. It seemed too simple; however, I did not want to start with messing around with my jaw alignment. The free return policy was reassuring so I ended up purchasing the device. It seemed to work...no nudging from my wife in the middle of the night. I have had it for several months and am happy with it. The side benefit is that it permits me to avoid using the $500 mouthguard needed to use to prevent teeth grinding (tongue is stretched between upper and lower teeth). Customer support was excellent when I had a minor issue with my device.
