Very uncomfortable. Could hardly sleep with it. Have had a mouthpiece made by a sleep dentist. Time will tell. Btw, your little piece of plastic was way overpriced. Shame on you.

It irritates my gums to the point I can't sleep. I have healthy gums with no disease and good dental health. I have tried everything and followed the directions carefully, but after inserting the device, the discomfort to my gums begins immediately and increases. The pain from the device on my gums prevents me from falling asleep. I have left the device in my mouth for up to one hour until I can't tolerate the discomfort. I want this device to work, but the irritation to my gums is intolerable.

I did not realize that this apparatus forces you to stick out and holds out your tongue. As someone who clinches their jaw, I ended up biting my tongue. It us overall very uncomfortable. I immediately emailed customer service to see about a refund and never received a reply.

It did take a while to get used to it so that I didn’t spit out in middle of night but I cannot sleep without it. I really am sleeping like never before!

Bothered my tongue and gums, I had saliva dripping out side of mouth. Tried it for several weeks....would not recommend this...nor did it prevent snoring. Big waste of money

Flange is too hard, digs into gums and causes soreness and pain resulting in restless nights sleep and inability to keep in mouth all night.
