They work okay, for a while, but do make the gums sore after using for a while and I noticed my jaws can get sore. They are very, very expensive for what they are and, being a Canadian, it upsets me they are charging in US$ which adds another 30% premium on an already high cost and then want to charge $20 more for basic postal delivery! They hardly weigh anything, so clearly overcharging for delivery. Very pricey. Look for something less expensive

Product did not work for me, but I understand there are different causes of snoring. I had bought the 2-pack and listed the unused one on eBay to try to make some of my money back. Good Morning Snore Solution threatened me with legal action for illegally selling their product.

I have a sleep apnea problem due to "tori" which displaces my tongue. I have been searching for an alternative to cPAP and tried another type of tongue isolating device which worked but gave me a terrible dry mouth. I never got used to it. Then I saw the good morning style of device and thought i would buy the bargain brand. I have used TSDs for years. Your Good Morning Snore Solution device is really the best choice around but could be made even better if you gave just a wee bit more space for the tongue so the suction held better. I noticed someone commented on their tongue being too strong for your device. I believe it is not tongue strength but not quite enough space given to firmly hold the tongue in place. I bought this device in Nov. 2020 it lasted about 3 weeks before it lost it"s firmness and couldn't hold my tongue. And it didn't stop my snoring.

Tried the normal mouth pieces but they shift my teeth. So I tried this. Very uncomfortable on the tongue. Does not stop snoring as I find my husband still going to the couch in the middle of the night. Bought this as an emergency purchase for both of our sanity as neither of us were sleeping well.
