had no problem adjusting to it! my gums were a little sore but getting better! my tongue slips out once during sleep but l start over and go back to sleep! will be buying a new one this time next year!

I would like to leave a 5 star for this since my husband says he noticed a difference; I still snore but it’s not as loud anymore and he can try to get some sleep. However, I’ve tried it for a whole week and it gave me not only sore but bruised tongue and I have small rip in my lingual frenulum that took a week to heal. I gave it a try again after my tongue healed and it still hurts so I end up taking it off in the middle of the night.

Absolute waste of money, doesn’t stop snoring at all. Makes you drool terribly and you wake up feeling like you are going to choke, that’s if it actually stays on. Try another product.

Terrible product don't waste your money, If you have a bridge in your month it will hurt it. The whole product is just uncomfortable beginning to end right before you throw it in the garbage. It is definitely not one size fits all. Look at the Amazon reviews before you buy this product.

I've been using this product for several years. They only last about a year, but I was fine with purchasing a new one when needed, as the original design really worked. The last purchase that I made was when they offered a BOGO deal, even though I didn't need a replacement at the time. I put the new ones in storage and kept with the one I was using until I needed to replace. Fast forward 6 months, and opened the new product. Keeps me from snoring. Doesn't throw your jaw out of whack like the more common MAD devices. Whether it's helping my apnea I can't say. Wicked expensive.

Product has stopped the snoring. I've been wearing the device for over 6 years. (I've gone through 5 devices) Serious drawback is that I'll likely need skin grafts on my lower gums where the tissue has been worn away and the roots to two of my gums are now severely exposed.

Device is not as soft as it seems and rubs my lower gums where I have boney areas and gives me blisters. I have a small mouth and ordered the smaller size. I awake much more frequently since using this device for the last month and often find that my tongue has receded out of the bulb and back into its normal position and I'm snoring again. Great concept and I hoped it would double as a replacement for the mouth guard I've used for years for clenching because this device prevents the teeth from touching. The product worked well for the first two weeks and relieved me of sleep apnea. However, the device is made of cheap flimsy silicone, which probably doesn't cost more than 8 cents to manufacture. After two weeks, the cheap silicone stetched and now falls off my tongue consistently in the middle of the night, and I revert back to my tongue sleep apnea. It's a decent product, I just wish it was built more durably - or maybe the company could send you a 20 pack for $90 instead of one piece of flimsy silicone.
