Works for me!...except.... This product works for me!! Before using this product I was an open mouth breather while sleeping, breathing only through my mouth was causing the snoring. I have tried other mouthpieces that didn't help. I used this product as instructed, but my tongue would sort of suck the air out of the tongue "holder" and cause pain, soreness, swelling.
