This one really works !!!! I have tried probably 6 or 7 different mouth piece type snoring devices and this is the only one that has worked the best out of the ones Ive tried > It makes perfect sense that it pulls the tongue forward thus leaving more room in the back of the throat keeping the airway less restricted !!! Works for me!...except.... This product works for me!! Before using this product I was an open mouth breather while sleeping, breathing only through my mouth was causing the snoring. I have tried other mouthpieces that didn't help. I used this product as instructed, but my tongue would sort of suck the air out of the tongue "holder" and cause pain, soreness, swelling. I love it!! Have been using it for 9 months, was sleeping in spare bedroom in order for my husband and I to get any sleep! Sleek design, comfortable and easy to use and clean. Tried to order another one on Amazon but was canceled by Amazon. Contacted the company directly very responsive have me 20% and told to order directly! Love that made in USA

This really and truly works!! I have struggled with snoring for many years. My partner has also struggled with my snoring and has had to wear ear plugs and be woken up and wake me up to turn over. I would also wake myself up. In other words I never had a good sleep nor did my partner. I googled a number of different "solutions' and finally settled on Good Morning Snore Solution. So I've been using this every night for around a week. It's actually made my sleep worse. Here's why. I have had sleep apnea my entire life. Had almost every surgery you can get and tried CPAP. I was diagnosed at 25 at 6 foot, 185 pounds. I'm now 35. First night I couldn't sleep with it. Just awkward having my tongue stuck out of my mouth and can't close my lips. It doesn't work for me, I have used one since 2019 , but I snore right through it. Mouth piece doesn't keep tongue in place and it becomes uncomfortable after a while. But my wife can contest that unfortunately it doesn't work.

The mouthpiece has indeed reduced my snoring and for that I really like the product. I am unable to keep it in all night because of how sore it makes my tongue and how much I drool, but it does help and I’m even grinding my teeth less, without a football player-style mouthpiece. Also, I bought the “sizing pack” and the smaller unit does not have the same effect, and the company agreed to send me a replacement larger unit, which I have not received yet, but I’m sure it’s on the way. I've used the Good Morning Snoring Solution for 10 years, and enthusiastically recommend it to friends who snore (but don't have sleep apnea) and are plagued with dry mouth upon waking. Sometimes mine falls out during the night, but each morning I awake with the device in place is indeed a Good Morning. KH, Virginia.

Very expensive product that doesn't work. My device kept loosing suction and my tongue would fall out of the device. I would not recommend it to anyone.
