This is quite an innovation. I've been using €50 mouthpieces and they worked just fine, however after a few months my teeth started to hurt and became somewhat "loose". This device works well for me and so I can enjoy a good night's sleep. One downside is the price (a little bit to high for my budget). I've been using it for a month now and I've become used to it (no extra saliva during the night, no trouble relaxing and sleeping). According to a reliable witness, this thing really works! I snore just as I'm falling asleep, which earns me an elbow in the ribs. We both get a lousy sleep, and I get bruised ribs. I like this Snore Solution because it is discrete, easy to pop in my mouth, takes no effort at all, lets me sleep on my side, stomach, back, whatever. And my ribs don't hurt when I wake up in the morning!

First of all, I had a very hard time keeping my tongue in the bulb. Since stuffing my tongue into it as far as I can; it has stayed put all through the night! Or my mind has excepted it, I'm not sure. Anyways, I have no problem with tongue pain anymore. It did feel like it took forever for my tongue to stop feeling ripped apart.
