This is quite an innovation. I've been using €50 mouthpieces and they worked just fine, however after a few months my teeth started to hurt and became somewhat "loose". This device works well for me and so I can enjoy a good night's sleep. One downside is the price (a little bit to high for my budget). I've been using it for a month now and I've become used to it (no extra saliva during the night, no trouble relaxing and sleeping). My gums need to be in healthy shape to wear it. Gums are sore on the second night.
