According to a reliable witness, this thing really works! I snore just as I'm falling asleep, which earns me an elbow in the ribs. We both get a lousy sleep, and I get bruised ribs. I like this Snore Solution because it is discrete, easy to pop in my mouth, takes no effort at all, lets me sleep on my side, stomach, back, whatever. And my ribs don't hurt when I wake up in the morning!

First of all, I had a very hard time keeping my tongue in the bulb. Since stuffing my tongue into it as far as I can; it has stayed put all through the night! Or my mind has excepted it, I'm not sure. Anyways, I have no problem with tongue pain anymore. It did feel like it took forever for my tongue to stop feeling ripped apart. I guess I was determined, and it has paid off. I recently had a Sleep Apnea Test with monitor on my finger, without the 'Snore Solution' and my apnea's where 5.4 episodes per hour. I'm extremely happy with my snoring solution. I am sleeping more sound. I'm not waking up my partner. I am not snoring loud which is a big plus! I have experienced two small mouth sores from the device but its not a bother or uncomfortable. I highly recommend the snore solution.

My wife loves it! It allows her to sleep in bed longer and get better rest. The only criticism I have is that it makes my gums bleed a little. Thank you.

I had some questions and they were answered immediately and made sure I knew that if I took one of the suggestions, the warranty would NOT be violated. I appreciated that a lot. Thanks for your help. I can now be more comfortable agreeing to share a room without having to worry about keeping everyone awake with my snoring because this odd looking little piece of expensive plastic REALLY WORKS! It's worth every penny.

I was 100% sure that this was NOT going to work. It takes a few nights to get used to, but it really DOES work. It rubs my bottom gums a bit, so I sometimes put some gauze between my "snore stopper" and my gums. TIP: apply lip balm to keep your lips from sticking to it or getting dry. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was because of the price. I know there are other expenses involved, but this is actually less than $1 worth of material.
