My snoring and sleep apnea are much better. My only problem is my upper gums get very sore over the canine teeth. Are there any ideas on solving this problem? Can it be trimmed down without a problem, or any other ideas? I have been using it for about two weeks. If I put it on the inside of my mouth it kind of gags me or it ends up out of my mouth. Thanks.

It is working, still getting used it. Sometimes wake up with it my mouth or that my tongue has fallen out. It is getting better every night. Happy that we are sleeping together again. Would recommend to anyone give it a try.

I wouldn't know, but my wife told me she sleeps like a baby now that I don't rock the foundation of the house with my snoring any more.

I have NOT tried a lot of products. I did as much research as I could reading countless reviews, etc., of every product I could find. It came down to TWO seemingly equal products. Good Morning "won" because of the fact that it allowed me to close my mouth which, I assumed, would cause less drooling. I'm confident I was right - to my surprise, it didn't prevent drooling completely, but the amount of drool it caused/allowed was so minimal, I almost didn't even mention it. I was finally persuaded to try and seek some solution to my snoring when my husband moved into the spare room. I put the SnoreLab app on my phone and was horrified to see that, at it's worst, I was snoring for 70% of the night, much of it very loud (that particular night the app awarded me with a Snore Score of 63). No wonder my throat hurt in the morning and my family complained. For me this stops the snoring period, I also tried a competitive device and this was by far the most comfortable. After 2+ weeks I am still not able to wear it throughout the night as it irritates my gums after 3-4 hours but after that i tend not to snore anyway.
