I've had apnea and bad snoring for over 10 years. Not obstructive apnea though. The only masks that worked were constantly giving me pressure sores on the bridge of my nose and above my upper lip. Plus the CPAP is a major PITA to take on vacation. I did my research and decided to try the GMSS. I admit I was very skeptical. I have been using the Good morning snore solution for a couple of years now. So far it has been the only thing that works for me. My partner is a light sleeper and my snoring was always keeping him awake until I stared using this. Luckily I'm not a mouth breather but I still had a few weeks of getting used to it with sore gums and tongue and pulling it out in the middle of the night. I tried them all. The GMSS sat at the bottom of my drawer for months because of the strange shape. I tried everything I saw online with no positive results. Then, I decide to give the funny looking thing I bought a try. After a couple of nights of getting used to it, to my amazement, this little device works. Expensive, but worth the price, I'm on my second one now after a year of use. Awesome product has saved my marriage and my kids sanity.

Definitely works and I didn't have any problem getting use to it. Haven't snored since night one of using it. I did have to slightly modify it since it was a little to deep on my lower gums.

Due to a T.B.I. several years ago, the imbalance in the tension of my neck {right to Left} has created mild Sleep Apnea. Not to mention my snoring when I lay on one side drives my mate crazy. My dentist said it was not cost effective to help me get a proper mouth piece, to reduce snoring. Thank goodness "Good Morning Solutions" has come up with this terrific product.
