I find that the wings of the device poke the top and bottom of my gums and really hurts. Perhaps you'd look into making a smaller size? I can't wear it comfortably too many nights in a row, but if I wear it two nights, switch to a CPAP for one night, and back to the GMSS, I seem not to get too frustrated with either option! It does seem effective though. I have very mild apnea but very loud snoring, and so far no complaints from my bed partner!

The good morning snore solution works well! It took a couple of weeks to get used to. Overall much more comfortable than mouth pieces, which I could not tolerate. My husband says I am a silent sleeper now. I'm happy I purchased this.

The device seems to work as long as I can breath through my nose. My wife is very grateful that I found a device that helps but doesn't cause me pain. I know the person who invented this device deserves a good income but charging over $100 for something that likely looks to have cost less than $.01 to produce seems a bit greedy. It doesn't even come with a warranty past 90 days. For the price you would think you'd get free lifetime replacements.
