The device does work however it does take some getting used to. As the instructions stated, I am not giving up but it does make the inside of my mouth a little sore. But I think that I will get used to it. It has only been five days.

I find that the wings of the device poke the top and bottom of my gums and really hurts. Perhaps you'd look into making a smaller size? I can't wear it comfortably too many nights in a row, but if I wear it two nights, switch to a CPAP for one night, and back to the GMSS, I seem not to get too frustrated with either option! It does seem effective though. I have very mild apnea but very loud snoring, and so far no complaints from my bed partner!

The good morning snore solution works well! It took a couple of weeks to get used to. Overall much more comfortable than mouth pieces, which I could not tolerate. My husband says I am a silent sleeper now. I'm happy I purchased this.
