I have tried many MADs before trying this device. It's the ONLY one which has worked successfully for me. It requires no fitting, like the others did, and causes no pain at all. It took only a week or two to really get used to it. My mouth is small, teeth crowded. Other devices neither fit when 'boiled & bitten' or just popped out because they were too big, thick for me. This works!!!

It didn't take me but a day to get used to this. But all went well and I can sleep without snoring. No more breathing through my mouth and waking up. Easy to use and easy to clean and store. Great product.

My snoring was an issue my whole family suffered from. I tried a mouth piece that hurt my teeth and was not worth it. Then I tried this. It works. It takes time to get used to it. You have to give it some time! At least it is not painful time. Only issue is the price. For what it is, I think the price is a little steep. Don't get me wrong. What it DOES is good. The material is fine. Just in my opinion overpriced.

This appliance works. This is the second set my husband has had...makes a great difference in the amount of noise he generates while sleeping!

I was very skeptical to try this device as I have tried many snore products (strips, sprays, Mouth pieces). The only thing left was to try this tongue retention device. The first night it worked great, tip of tongue was a little sore the next day but not horrible. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who snores.
