I find that the wings of the device poke the top and bottom of my gums and really hurts. Perhaps you'd look into making a smaller size? I can't wear it comfortably too many nights in a row, but if I wear it two nights, switch to a CPAP for one night, and back to the GMSS, I seem not to get too frustrated with either option! It does seem effective though. I have very mild apnea but very loud snoring, and so far no complaints from my bed partner!

The device seems to work as long as I can breath through my nose. My wife is very grateful that I found a device that helps but doesn't cause me pain. I know the person who invented this device deserves a good income but charging over $100 for something that likely looks to have cost less than $.01 to produce seems a bit greedy. It doesn't even come with a warranty past 90 days. For the price you would think you'd get free lifetime replacements. Its a simple and not very intrusive device that seems to work right away. I got used to it in a few days (nights really). It claims to be one size fits all but I found that it was a bit larger than needed and as a result rubbed my gum raw. I checked with customer support and they recommended that I just use scissors to cut it down a bit. That worked pretty well and now It does not rub my gum. My wife says it works.
Unfortunately these things 'wear out' so plan on purchasing a new one every six months or less.
