The device seems to work as long as I can breath through my nose. My wife is very grateful that I found a device that helps but doesn't cause me pain. I know the person who invented this device deserves a good income but charging over $100 for something that likely looks to have cost less than $.01 to produce seems a bit greedy. It doesn't even come with a warranty past 90 days. For the price you would think you'd get free lifetime replacements. Its a simple and not very intrusive device that seems to work right away. I got used to it in a few days (nights really). It claims to be one size fits all but I found that it was a bit larger than needed and as a result rubbed my gum raw. I checked with customer support and they recommended that I just use scissors to cut it down a bit. That worked pretty well and now It does not rub my gum. My wife says it works.
Unfortunately these things 'wear out' so plan on purchasing a new one every six months or less.
It stopped my snoring. I would like to know an easy way to clean the device.

These products can be purchased at your local pharmacy, grocery store, and at most convenience stores. As an alternative, you can also use a mixture of toothpaste and cold water. Thanks to Good Morning Snore Solution, my husband is getting a good night's sleep. I am experiencing more restful sleep, as well. So far, I have no complaints beyond what the instructions said might be experienced, and that is a little soreness on the tip of my tongue - which goes away. I'm completely satisfied!
