Its a simple and not very intrusive device that seems to work right away. I got used to it in a few days (nights really). It claims to be one size fits all but I found that it was a bit larger than needed and as a result rubbed my gum raw. I checked with customer support and they recommended that I just use scissors to cut it down a bit. That worked pretty well and now It does not rub my gum. My wife says it works.
Unfortunately these things 'wear out' so plan on purchasing a new one every six months or less.
It stopped my snoring. I would like to know an easy way to clean the device.

Thanks to Good Morning Snore Solution, my husband is getting a good night's sleep. I am experiencing more restful sleep, as well. So far, I have no complaints beyond what the instructions said might be experienced, and that is a little soreness on the tip of my tongue - which goes away. I'm completely satisfied!
