Seems to be working but a bit uncomfortable sometimes during the night. I found a similar one on eBay for one tenth of the price and it included a carry case and is actually more comfortable. Nevertheless I am pleased that I bought it and tried it out as it had very good reviews. But the price is very expensive.

This is a remarkably efficient little device. My first go-round, however, was not a promising one. Although I could immediately appreciate how well it works for what it was designed to do, what I didn't know was that I had an allergic reaction to the cleaning solution that was included in the package. My swollen gums did not allow me to used the product. Once that issue was resolved, I discovered that my gums were still not all that happy at the end of the night.
