Sheeza was very attentive during the process of selling our home. She kept us informed at each step of the way. The sale was complicated by the buyers assuming a solar contract we were under. Sheeza handled it with ease. We also received top dollar on our appraisal because she was with the appraiser during the appraisal pointing out all the assets of our home. We wouldn't have received such service with just any realtor. She is very experienced and can handle any obstacle!

Sheeza and her son Willie command a knowledge of the market, industry, and trends like no other.
