I have used Sheeza for several of my own real estate deals both buying and selling. I can say that having worked with other agents Sheeza is by far the best, most hardworking, most knowledgeable agent you can find. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!! She knows how to CLOSE DEALS!

I would highly recommend Sheeza Gordon. She represented the sale of my mother's home with integrity and compassion. We as clients were her top priority. We received above asking price and closed the deal in less than a month. This was important as my mother was moving to an assisted living facility and we needed a quick close.

I've been in Anto Sales since 1996 worked all aspects from Salesman to Sales Manager to Finance Manager. Sheeza clearly has honed into her craft. If there is 1000 Realtors in Bakersfield I guarantee you that she is in the TOP 3 Agents for this area. I would not hesitate to recommend family or friends to her knowing that she would give them 150% as she did me and my wife. I have recently sent two relatives her way and will continue to promote Sheeza any chance I get.

Very knowledgeable in the real estate business. Will negotiate to get you what you are asking for. Responds to questions and concerns immediately. Familiar with other real estate agencies and agents making her trusted and more likely to get houses and deals done quickly and effectively. I would use Sheeza for any of my real estate needs! She is awesome she doesn't play around if you want something done or have any questions or concerns she is on it! I would recommend her to family and friends if they hired someone else I would tell them to fire that agent and go with sheeza no matter if you are selling a million dollar home or a hundred thousand dollar home she treats everyone the same again she's the best!!
