My wife and I have worked with Sheeza in the past and everything went as smooth as possible. Now that it became time to purchase another home we knew exactly who were we were going to use. Sheeza and William did a great job for me. As a first time buyer a was intimidated by the whole process and had no idea what to expect. Sheeza Gordon was my listing agent and buyers agent for many times. She is just awesome. Absolutely wonderful and great. I would say she has the entire Bakersfield in control. Sheeza was handed the task of selling our home and took on the task on helping us purchase a home. This was no easy feat. I finally found someone who was a responsive as necessary when going thru this journey. She helped secure our new home while getting our old home sold via a 30 day escrow thus avoiding having to pay two mortgages. Willie takes right after his mother. Sheeza is on her game. Where others failed she persevered. She took great pictures and sold my house the first weekend. Negotiated well and was able to get it closed on time. We used her to buy as well. Very organized and we were able to see several houses back to back.

Sheeza is a delight to work with and is a rare find that will not give up or go home until things are taken care of and in order. Any challenge that came up she was instantly and aggressively on top of and never let any of the other parties slide on any responsibility or timeliness. The best!
