I would use Sheeza for any of my real estate needs! She is awesome she doesn't play around if you want something done or have any questions or concerns she is on it! I would recommend her to family and friends if they hired someone else I would tell them to fire that agent and go with sheeza no matter if you are selling a million dollar home or a hundred thousand dollar home she treats everyone the same again she's the best!!

Sheeza Gordon helped us find and buy and recently sell our home in Bakersfield. Sheeza is a go-getter, aggressive, honest, knowledgeable, she worked hard to get the best deal for us and we consider her a good friend. We would highly recommend Sheeza Gordon to anyone!

I had such an amazing experience working with Sheeza. Anytime I ever contacted Sheeza, my questions would be answered immediately and she would fight to get what she felt I deserved, as well as, wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. If I were to ever buy or sell another house I would only go with Sheeza Gordon!! She always was responsive, quick, honest. I fired another agent when I felt they weren't doing their job, called Sheeza the next day and it was on the market sold quick and for what we wanted I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in fact your crazy if you go with someone else! shes the best!!!

I would highly recommend Sheeza if you're buying or selling property. She listed and sold a property for me after having it on the market all year with other agents.. She had an offer right away and the property sold. She gets the job done!
