If I were to ever buy or sell another house I would only go with Sheeza Gordon!! She always was responsive, quick, honest. I fired another agent when I felt they weren't doing their job, called Sheeza the next day and it was on the market sold quick and for what we wanted I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in fact your crazy if you go with someone else! shes the best!!!

Our house, which was listed over a weekend and got 10 offers, sold within 5 days, need I say more? I highly recommend Sheeza whether you are buying or selling your home, she and her staff are very professional and hard workers. A very satisfied Watson Realty home seller from Bakersfield, CA

Our experience with Watson Realty and the Gordon Team was extremely disappointing. The MLS listing was incomplete, important features of our home were omitted, and we found ourselves having to point out information that should have been included from the start. The photography felt rushed and poorly coordinated, and communication throughout the listing was lacking. I would highly recommend Sheeza if you're buying or selling property. She listed and sold a property for me after having it on the market all year with other agents.. She had an offer right away and the property sold. She gets the job done!
