Great, other than charging for 6 quarts of oil when the vehicle call for 5.1 quarts and special covered 5 quarts. $7.50 for .1 quart. Feel betrayed.
I received my letter to have my airbag replaced under recall. I called the service department to have the part ordered. I was told I would receive a call when it came in. But I never got a phone call. I called almost two months later, and was told that somehow my ticket was never put in the system. The service manager was very helpful and told me that they would make it right and scheduled me the following week. I showed up this morning to have the service completed.
