Great, other than charging for 6 quarts of oil when the vehicle call for 5.1 quarts and special covered 5 quarts. $7.50 for .1 quart. Feel betrayed.

I received my letter to have my airbag replaced under recall. I called the service department to have the part ordered. I was told I would receive a call when it came in. But I never got a phone call. I called almost two months later, and was told that somehow my ticket was never put in the system.
