Great, other than charging for 6 quarts of oil when the vehicle call for 5.1 quarts and special covered 5 quarts. $7.50 for .1 quart. Feel betrayed.

I received my letter to have my airbag replaced under recall. I called the service department to have the part ordered. I was told I would receive a call when it came in. But I never got a phone call. I called almost two months later, and was told that somehow my ticket was never put in the system. The service manager was very helpful and told me that they would make it right and scheduled me the following week. I showed up this morning to have the service completed. Did not want to be there. Only reason was the service call was free.
Took 2 hours to mount 4 new tires and do an alignment and a state inspection. Had a 3 pm appointment and did not leave until 5 pm. The alignment wasn’t started until 4:30 when I went to check on a completion time after waiting an hour and a half. Usually happy with doing business here but today was a struggle.
